Yesterday on the bus home from our four day school trip to Sydney, I was working on my crochet blanket when Hughie (one of the boys in my year sitting across the isle) asked if he could have a go. So I handed it to him and showed him how to crochet, which took about five minutes. Once Kori saw that Hugh was having a go he had to have a try too so I showed him the same way I showed Hughie but he just knotted it up, got frustrated and chucked it back at Hughie. I was calling it crochet and Hugh was calling it knitting and in the end he was calling it knocheting (no-sher-ing) a cross between crochet and knitting.....Lol. He ended up doing two sides of the blanket and was very proud of himself. Although, his dad who was also on the bus wasn't very impressed! Hugh told me knocheting was very addictive and he can see why I never put it down!
Oh....... look at the awesome satin PJ's I found on the $10 rack at Big W today....I bought them with my own pocket money!
Mum has trained me well.....Lol
